Kungiyar ma’aikatan shari’a ta Najeriya (JUSUN) ta yanke shawarar janye yajin aikin da ta kwashe tsawon watanni 2 tana yi, bayan wani taron shugabannin kungiyar na kasa da aka gudanar a Abuja.

Taron ya yi matsayar cewa janye yajin aikin zai soma ne daga ranar Litinin mai zuwa.

Wata sanarwa da aka fitar bayan taron ta jinjinawa babban alkalin alkalai na Najeriya da dukkan shugabannin kotuna, akan jajircewa, hakuri da kuma fahimta da suka nuna a duk tsawon lokacin yajin aikin.

Haka kuma ta yaba da fafutukar majalisar shari’a ta kasa wato NJC, wajen tabbatar da gwamnati ta mutunta yarjejeniyar da aka cimmawa akan ‘yancin cin gashin bangaren shari’a na tafiyar da kudade.

To sai dai kuma kungiyar ta yi kira ga majalisar ta NJC da kwamitin aiwatarwa na shugaban kasa, da Ministan shari’a da babban akanta na gwamnatin tarayya, da ma dukan masu ruwa da tsaki, da su tabbatar ganin cewa an magance wannan turka-turka ta ‘yancin cin gashin bangaren shari’a.

Kungiyar ta ma’aikatan shari’a ta Najeriya ta shiga yajin aikin ne watanni biyu da suka gabata, inda ta ke neman aiwatar da doka ta 10 da shugaban kasa Muhammadu Buhari ya rattabawa hannu a watan Mayun shekarar 2020, wadda ta bayar da ‘yancin cin gashin kan tafiyar da kudade ga bangarorin shari’a da majalisun dokoki a jihohi.

Dokar ta 10 ta shugaban kasa ta tilastawa dukan jihohi da hada da dukan kudaden da za’a baiwa bangarorin na shari’a da majalisun dokoki, a cikin kasafin kudin jihohin, kamar yadda yake kumshi a tanade-tanaden kundin tsarin mulkin kasa na 1999 da aka yi wa kwaskwarima.
